It refers to hydrogen supply system at the place of end use, ranging from hydrocarbon cracking & reforming & desulphurisation unit, metal treatment, up to HRS. Basically, it consists in two elements: compression + supply lines to process reactors, to be specified further in the sub-chain descriptor. Possible additional element is H2 conditioning, such as purification.
