INITIATING cause was a traffic accident. In absence of information on drivers and driver behaviours, the ROOT CAUSE can be attributed generically to a human error (wrong manoeuvre)

This is a standard road collision. This is a type of incidents occurring very often, no need to take actions. nevertheless, a careful check of the hydrogen system is required, especially when the damage area is near the on-board storage and the hydrogen supply lines.
