Description

The tanker crashed into the guardrail on a ring ramp leading to a highway.
The vehicle overturned, and the tubes unit plunged more than 20 meters onto a road below.
Witnesses reported multiple explosions which could be heard up to two kilometres away.

Root CAUSE analysis

The hydrogen release and explosion was caused by the crash of the trailer against the rail of the highway. The ROOT AUSE, in absence of further detail, can be attributed to the driver losing control of the vehicle.
