The Knowledge Hub platform offers a simplified method to contact all project participants with the “Mass message” feature. The “Mass message” action will send a notification email and create an in-app notification with the provided form message.
The “Mass message” feature is available to the project roles:
- Project Officers
- Project Coordinators
- JU
Click on the “Send Mass Message” at the top right of the project page to access the “Mass message” form.
Select the respective project user groups to send a message. Type the message subject and body text and click if you want also to receive a message copy. Finaly, click “Send Message” to send the notification.
