As a “project participants user” is mentioned any user account who gets assigned to any project’s assisting user group. Such user assignments are the:
- Project Officer: Is assigned at the project form “Project Management” tab.
- Project Coordinator: Is assigned at the project form “Project Management” tab.
- Beneficiary member: Is assigned by the Project Coordinator from the research object instance edit form.
For each of the above project roles, there is a dedicated field, either at the Project form or the research object instance form, to assign the respective project role. To make a project role assignment to a user you will require the user’s registration email address. Find the respective form field for each user role and click the respective action button to add a new user. For example, the Project Coordinator role is assigned from the project form field “Project Coordinators”.
