The fire developed in a hydrogen production plant serving an food manufacturer. A high-pressure compressor line (non-further specified) ruptured. It was impossible to use isolation valves to limit/stop released hydrogen flow.

Local fire fighters used infra-red camera to localise the flames, and pumped nitrogen in the system. The emergency lasted the whole night.
